Respect privacy and consent

• Do not expose another person's home, workplace, live location, travel routine, or other sensitive location without clear permission.
• Do not use Pee Passport to track, intimidate, stalk, or surveil anyone.
• Do not share private communications, identifying documents, or personal contact information without permission.
• Choose conservative visibility settings for sensitive places. Coordinate softening reduces precision but does not guarantee anonymity.

Protect people

We do not allow credible threats, encouragement of violence, targeted harassment, bullying, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or content that promotes self-harm. Never sexualize or exploit minors. Reports involving immediate danger should go to local emergency services first.

Protect places

• Do not encourage trespassing, bypass closures, or mark illegal access routes.
• Do not reveal locations when doing so could harm endangered wildlife, archaeological sites, sacred places, or fragile environments.
• Respect land managers, local communities, permits, seasonal restrictions, and Leave No Trace guidance.
• Never create a stamp while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
• A territory is only a game zone. Never treat it as permission, a property boundary, or a reason to approach, confront, or follow another player.

Be authentic and lawful

Do not impersonate people or organizations, manipulate rankings, coordinate fake engagement, spam, defraud users, infringe intellectual property, sell illegal goods, or use the service for unlawful activity. Parody is allowed when it is clearly labeled and does not deceive or harass.

Keep content appropriate

Do not post pornography, graphic gore intended to shock, malware, scams, or content that promotes illegal or dangerous conduct. Comments must follow the same rules as profiles and stamps; do not use them for harassment, spam, unwanted personal information, or coded location disclosure. Context matters for educational, documentary, or public-interest material, but sensitive location details should still be withheld.

Reporting and enforcement

Use the in-app report control on a comment, stamp, profile, or territory when it is shown, and use blocking to stop interaction with an account. Territory reports cover private land, closures, traffic danger, sensitive habitats, and location privacy. You can also send a report through Support. Include enough context to find the content, but do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

Depending on context, history, severity, and risk, we may remove content, reduce its visibility, warn an account, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate authorities. We may prioritize urgent safety and child-protection reports. We aim to apply these standards consistently, but mistakes can happen; contact Support to request another review.
